The direct cost of our engineers constitutes 70% of the total cost, while the company’s operational expenses account for 30%. This includes operation, marketing, sales, and IT costs, depreciation of fixed assets, and a 5% profit margin. When recommending specific engineers, we will provide the detailed cost structure for each individual and include it in the contract.
We only hire the top 3% of engineers in the market, who meet our high standards. In return, we are committed to providing the best compensation and benefits to our team. This system has been instrumental in our longevity and success over the past 20+ years. It has also contributed to a very high retention rate, with 80% of our engineers staying with Shinetech for 3+ years, and 75% of our clients working with us for more than 3 years.
Usually, a 3-4 hour overlap is typically sufficient for effective communication between our teams. If necessary, we can adjust our engineers’ start and end times to further extend the overlap. We are happy to discuss and customize the working hours for the Shinetech team on a case-by-case basis.
There is no language barrier here. Since our establishment, Shinetech has been serving international clients, and English is our primary working language. We ensure that our engineers are fluent in spoken English and encourage them to communicate requirements or issues independently, without relying on a business analyst or scrum master for assistance.
